An edible cake topper will make a great addition to any cake but please handle with care as they are fragile. For best results, please ensure your cake is at room temperature before applying the edible cake topper.
Toppers will work nicely with buttercream or whipped frosting, fondant, royal icing, chocolate or even store bought icing. Please make sure your hands are clean and dry before handling the toppers.
Unseal the package and gently remove the cake topper from the package. Remove the cake topper from the white protective backing. Place the topper in the desired position on top of your frosted cake. Gently pat down and smooth the topper from the center outwards.
After the cake topper is applied to the frosted cake, keep the cake at room temperature away from direct sunlight until your event. The topper will take a few hours for the image to blend into the frosting properly. Avoid storing the finished cake in an airtight container dome or in the refrigerator, as this can fade the colors. Colors may vary slightly than what is seen on your screen since edible food inks are used. We do our best to provide you with the best possible toppers.
