Our edible toppers remain fresh for six months after artwork is printed on them when kept sealed in the original packaging. We provide instructions on how to store your edible toppers with every order. They do not require refrigeration but should be kept on a flat surface and away from direct sunlight.

Because of the long shelf life of our toppers, we recommend ordering 2-3 weeks in advance to guarantee arrival prior to your event. Although we occasionally do rush orders for customers, we are not responsible for delays in shipping. If you are worried about your package getting to you in time, please upgrade your shipping to ensure it gets to you when needed. Also, please allow for 2-3 business days from your time of order for your order to be completed and shipped. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped with the tracking number for your records.

Yes, we have hundreds of other images available for edible cake and cupcake toppers that we simply do not have room for on our website. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your request. We also offer Create Your Own edible cake and cupcake toppers where you supply the artwork/photo/logo to create a one-of-a-kind topper.

Proofs are available upon request but the following guidelines apply.

• We only provide proofs for Create Your Own cake and cupcake topper orders.
• We do not provide proofs until the order has been paid for and we are supplied with the artwork/photo/logo for the custom order.
• We will do everything we can to make your image exactly how you want, however, not all artwork files are possible to re-create on edible toppers. Colors may vary from computer to computer and printer to printer, especially when using edible frosting sheets and edible food coloring inks.

Our goal is to make our customers happy, after all, we want you coming back time and time again! However, we only issue refunds if the product is damaged during shipping or if there is a mistake and the fault is on us. Please check your receipt to make sure the spelling of all names and messages are correct, we print EXACTLY what we receive. We are not responsible for shipping delays, it is solely the customer's responsibility to place their order in time for a deadline and to select the correct shipping.

We include detailed instructions on how to apply your edible toppers with every order. It's very quick and easy process that anyone can do. Please make sure your cupcakes or cakes are cool. Any type of icing will work (buttercream, royal icing, or store bought frosting). Apply icing to your treat and smooth it to create a flat surface. If your dessert is already iced and dry, you can slightly moisten them before applying the topper. Remove the protective backing from the topper. With clean, dry hands gently place the decal on top of the frosting. Gently pat down and smooth the topper from the center outwards. You can even add sprinkles around the edges to finish your treats!

Yes, we do ship outside of the Unites States. Currently, shipping is available to Canada as well as military PO Boxes (APO/FDO/DPO). You can select this shipping during checkout. Please note that it is not possible to get a tracking number when shipping to Canada since we only currently use USPS shipping services. Expected delivery takes between 10 to 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped with the tracking number for your records.

Sweet'n Treats currently accepts all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. You can enter your card information with our secure checkout system. PayPal does not require you set set up an account prior to a purchase, simply select "Sign in as Guest/Pay with Credit or Debit Card"

Yes. We can create toppers in 1-1/2 inch that will fit nicely on mini cupcakes and even in different shapes. For these toppers more time and work is required so we don't offer these as standard options. To request toppers in a custom size or shape, please use our Custom Orders form to provide Sweet'n Treats with additional information for a Create Your Own order.

We prefer our customers to upload their artwork image as an attachment to the request form found on the Custom Orders page. This allows us to keep track of orders with ease and garner the information required to complete an order. However, if you have issues sending us your artwork file, you can email us directly the file and all pertinent details to sales@sweetntreats.com

Since each order is custom, 2-3 business days are required to create your toppers. Create Your Own topper orders required an approved proof before the order is printed and shipped. Please allow an additional 4-6 business days for standard shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless expedited shipping is selected during checkout. Expedited shipping reduces shipping time only, not production time. We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks before your event.

No, however, your toppers may be softer and not as easy to remove from the backing. With warm and humid weather, please place your toppers in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes prior to removing the protective backing. We include detailed instructions on how to apply your topper with every order.

Due to the nature of the edible ink and frosting sheets used to create your custom cake and cupcake toppers, colors will vary slightly then what is seen on your computer screen or printed from a normal printer. Each topper is unique and they have ridges, grooves, nooks and crannies. They are not a perfect surface to print on and you may see small lines/dots through the cake topper. This is common and nothing to worry about. These marks will not be noticeable when the topper is applied to your treats and adheres to the frosting.

Yes. Our edible toppers can be used on many desserts including cookies, brownies, chocolate covered oreos, lollipops, and other great party treats! Any food with a flat, iced surface of frosting or chocolate can be used.
